What it is

Tramp-oil separation that moves between reservoirs

The self-contained unit removes free-floating, dispersed, and loosely emulsified tramp oils from an individual coolant reservoir or parts washer and returns clarified fluid by gravity. Each reservoir requires at least three complete volume turnovers, allowing one unit to serve multiple sumps on a planned rotation.

Built to moveAir diaphragm pump, flow-control valve, an 800-micron prefilter protecting the pump, a 100-micron bag filter for solids (1 to 200 micron available), clear lid for checking the oil layer, and a suction skimmer designed for tight spaces, on a self-contained skid.
Same coalescing separationThe high-efficiency coalescing media holds tramp oil to less than half of one percent by volume, the same spec as the floor-standing T.O.S.S.
Gravity flow, nylon-reinforced tubingClarified fluid returns to the reservoir through gravity outlets; the separated oil drains to your container.

Industrial-grade steel with a chemical-resistant coating on a self-contained skid. The suction skimmer reaches restricted spaces between machines, and portable cart configurations are available.

Vertical skimmer for shallow reservoirs; ballast skimmer for deep or large reservoirs. Shop air at about 30 PSI is the only utility, with no electrical connection required. The optional ozone generator replaces routine biocide dosing with automated bacteria control and odor neutralization. Request configuration review

Tramp-oil control across multiple reservoirs

Facilities with multiple independent sumps or reservoirs can move the T1 between them on a planned schedule. Applications with continuous oil loading may require dedicated T.O.S.S. units. Selection depends on reservoir volume, fluid chemistry, contaminant loading, required treatment rate, and the time available for each reservoir.
