How big does my shop need to be before recycling makes sense?
Machine shops operating about 15 or more machines are typically strong candidates for C.R.O.S.S. Machine count is an initial guide only; coolant volume, contaminant load, replacement cost, and disposal practices also determine suitability. Smaller operations typically begin with equipment such as T.O.S.S. for tramp-oil control or the Green Machine for sump cleaning.

Which system fits a shop with about 25 CNC machines?
C.R.O.S.S. is the machine-shop recycling system. The remaining decisions are model size, portable collection schedule, and whether optional clean-coolant piping should serve all or part of the facility.

Can I add recycling without trenching the shop floor?
Yes. A Green Machine or another portable device collects dirty coolant from individual reservoirs and delivers it to C.R.O.S.S. Clean coolant can be returned by portable equipment without central piping.
